AHER is proud to announce the launch of the newest 2026- 2028 Escambia and Santa Rosa County Community Health Improvement Plan. Improving health outcomes for Escambia and Santa Rosa County resident's through the alignment and uniting of local resources is an integral part of Achieve Health EscaRosa (AHER). Every 3 years, AHER conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) in collaboration with local sponsors and releases the report outlining the community's health need
